Since our founding in 2006, Walter Winn has become known in the industry for comprehensive, bespoke reports which prioritise the needs of you, the client.
Alex Walter and Jon Winn found the quality of advice sold to home buyers today was often an off-the-shelf basic template report of their investment, with little to no research into essential factors like planning consent, regulations and the surrounding area.
This disservice to home buyers inspired the formation of the Walter Winn partnership, with a clear intent of changing the standard of service in the industry.

With 50 years of experience between them, our team of RICS registered surveyors are specialists in residential building surveys, lease extensions and negotiations, and valuations.
